This is ... Titan; In true colors. Titan is probably the most colorful satellite we've ever discovered ... and it's right here, in our solar system, orbiting the crown of all:
Saturn.
Titan has a very thick atmosphere, made up of more than 98% nitrogen. It is 10 times higher than Earth, but only half or so, is dense. With that atmosphere and the gravity it has as a satellite, you can, theoretically, fly if you have a wingsuit just by waving your arms around.
Titan has rivers and lakes on its rocky surface, but they are not water - liquid ethane, methane and propane.
