NEWS: REHDA: Core houses can be 40% cheaper

The Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association (REHDA) says core houses -- basic shell homes with a single room that are later upgraded by owners – can be 40% cheaper than conventional houses. However, this type of homes is not permitted under the country’s Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL).
