DeMario Jackson Will Return to 'Bachelor in Paradise'

Hopefully DeMario Jackson finds that his return to Bachelor in Paradise will bring more charm than harm.

The contestant is allowed to return now that there's no evidence of alleged sexual misconduct that took place during the season's original attempt at filming the show. The show halted after producers reportedly complained about what occurred during an alleged drunk hook up between Jackson and Corinne Olympios.

Corinne's attorney will reportedly continue their own investigating the incident, but tells Us Magazine, "it needs to be made crystal clear that production of Bachelor in Paradise was shut down because of multiple complaints received from BIP producers and crew members on set. It was not shut down due to a complaint filed by Corinne against anyone."

Warner Bros is reportedly insisting DeMario and Corinne did nothing wrong, saying "the tape does not support any charge of misconduct by a cast member... nor does the tape show, contrary to many press releases, that the safety of any cast member was ever in jeopardy."

DeMario is expected to return to Paradise soon with more cast members, and film through July 4.
