Himesh Reshammiya officially granted divorce with wife Komal

Music Director, actor Himesh Reshammiya and his wife Komal’s 22 years of marriage has officially ended after Bandra’s family court granted them divorce.
The couple has been living separately for quite some time and the reason behind their separation is rumoured to be Himesh’s extra-marital affair with TV actor Sonia Kapoor.
However, denying the fact Himesh’s, now-ex-wife Komal, said:
"Himesh and I completely respect each other and are jointly going with this decision to part ways legally but mutual respect will always be there between us as I am a part of his family and will always be, and the same is with him towards my family. Sonia is not responsible for this at all and our son Swaym and our family loves Sonia just like a family member.”
According to the sources the couple will continue to live in the same building as before.
