Amazon dominating voice-controlled speakers market

Amazon is ruling the U.S. market for voice-controlled speakers, according to eMarketer on Monday. It was reported that Amazon Echo and Echo Dot devices claim a 70.6 percent share of the U.S. market this year. Researchers expect 35.6 million Americans will use Amazon’s devices once a month in 2017. RBC Capital Markets predict that Amazon’s Alexa could bring in $10 billion in sales for the company by 2020.
