In this video I show you how to prepare 2-3 weeks worth of breakfast. (including the nutritional facts) Then I give you another update for the progress of my weight loss.

30ozs. frozen hash browns
10ozs. chopped sausage links
8 sausage patties
15 pcs. bacon
2ozs. pancetta
1lb. ground sausage
20 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Combine all ingredients into a 13x9 casserole dish and bake at 375 for 22-25 minutes.
