Man kills his boss and himself in Dallas office murder-suicide

DALLAS — An office worker who had earlier found out that he was about to get fired shot and killed his boss before killing himself in Dallas on Monday morning.
The murder-suicide shooting took place on the 7th floor of a 12-story building in Lake Highlands before 11 a.m. A white man opened fire at a white woman, who was his supervisor, before turning the gun on himself, CBSDFW reported. The deceased were found inside a meeting room.
One Dallas police officer was injured after firing his shotgun at a locked glass door to gain entry. This was the only shot fired by the police in the incident.
The shooting is still in the early stages of investigation. The identities of the suspect and the victim have not yet been released.
