Aaron Fernandez's fiancée sues prison to protect evidence

Aaron Fernandez's fiancée, Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez, sued the Massachusetts Department of Correction to ensure the evidence of his apparent suicide was protected. Hernandez's lawyer, Jose Baez expressed skepticism of the reported suicide and claimed that Hernandez was murdered. The former Patriots tight end was serving a life sentence for the death of his friend, semi-pro footballer Odin Lloyd in 2013. His death came only days after being found not guilty for the deaths of Safiro Furtado and Daniel de Abreu.
