The truck driver who mowed down people celebrating Bastille Day celebrations in France city nice has been identified as a 31-year-old French-Tunisian. Some papers were found inside the truck which revealed his identity. He intentionally drove at a packed street of spectators, killing at least 84 and wounding more than 100 people.
