Police in Abilene, Texas, released video on Wednesday, April 19, showing the moment a passing vehicle slammed into a patrol car that was making a routine traffic stop on March 12.Police urged drivers to “move over” into another lane if they see an emergency vehicle with their lights on in a roadway. They said all parties in the video made it home that night.
