Here are the winners of the 2017 Boston Marathon

The big winners of the 2017 Boston Marathon hailed from Kenya and Switzerland. Geffory Kirui of Kenya won the Men’s Elite race with an unofficial time of 2:09:37, Kenya's Edna Kiplagat won the Woman’s Elite race with an unofficial time of 2:21:52, with Rose Chelimo of Bahrain in second and American Jordan Hasay in third. Switzerland's Marcel Hug won the Men's Pushrim Wheelchair race coming in at 1:18:04 and Manuela Schar won the Women's Pushrim race at 1:28:17. Kirui and Kiplagat won a prize of $150,000 for the Elite race while Hug and Schar will take home $20,000 for winning the Pushrim.
