Le cave se rebiffe est un film réalisé par Gilles Grangier en 1961, tiré du roman éponyme d'Albert Simonin, 2e volet de la trilogie consacrée au truand viellissant Max le Menteur et qui comprend aussi Touchez pas au grisbi et Grisbi or not grisbi également adaptés à l'écran, le dernier volet l'ayant été sous le nom de Les Tontons Flingueurs.
