An eyewitness to today’s attack in Westminster says he feels shocked by the trail of ‘devastation’ he saw today. Rob Lion told reporters at the scene that he witnessed people being hit by a car as it hit the pavement near the Houses of Parliament in scenes which were more like a Hollywood movie than real life.
