Daniel Herrlein New Orleans Arenacross 2017 Post-Race Interview

Tonight was hands down the most intense night we have seen so far in 2017. A lot of carnage, exciting incidents, and lead changes kept fans on the edge of their seats. The biggest highlight of the evening was Daniel Herrlein having a career best night in AMSOIL Arenacross by taking his first overall 250AX Main Event win with 1-2 finishes. Another notable rider tonight was Travis Sewell. The 2nd 250AX Main event had Travis Sewell lead all 15 laps to take his first Main Event win of the season and 3rd place overall. Ben Lamay also had a season best finish and we saw him go 2-3 for 2nd overall- First time podium finishes for all there riders. In the Arenacross lites East Coast championship hunt, Jacob Williamson led all 15 laps, ultimately preventing Justin Cooper from clenching the championship tonight. All in all we saw fantastic racing, the New Orleans crowd was awesome and we are looking forward to the points reset heading into Portland.
