50 years of WFAA The Spirit of Texas Part 4 1999

This is part 4 of WFAA's 50 year retrospective "The Spirit of Texas". In this part, were introduced to former weatherman, Troy Dungan "Mr. Bowtie" about the weather and were also introduced to longtime anchor Gloria Campos who does "Family First" which she does every year since 1993. NOTE: The last 5-7 mins of this special were accidentally cut out because my recorder had somewhat of a glitch but I'll post the last part of this special when I get a chance. Thanks.
