A couple falls flat and another is eliminated Tuesday on Dancing with the Stars. Actress Shannon Elizabeth and her pro partner Derek Hough just didn’t make the cut as they performed –what the judges called a gawky and gangly MAMBO. But the tough DWTS panel did say part-one of Monday night’s routine – the TANGO – was the dancing duo’s best performance to date. Even though it was THIS pair sent home, Christian de la Fuente and his partner actually scored the lowest on their 2 dances, after De La Fuente ruptured a bicep tendon causing him to drop his partner Cheryl Burke to the ground. He says he will have surgery… after he’s done dancing on the show. This week’s episode featured a few performances by 80s mega-band, Def Leppard. Five dancing couples remain on the ABC favorite.
