Popeye in "The Paneless Window Washer"

Bluto and Popeye compete to wash Olive Oyl's windows in a skyscraper. Things start getting wild as the boys try to outdo each other. When the the fighting breaks out Popeye and Bluto swing up and down the tall buildings in their attempts to impress Olive.
