Reddit CEO Steve Huffman admitted to changing users' comments, specifically those of Donald Trump supporters. Huffman, under the Reddit name of /u/spez, replaced mentions of his username with those from the Donald Trump "subreddit." “Yep. I messed with the ‘fuck u/spez‘ comments, replacing ‘spez’ with r/the_donald mods for about an hour,” he admitted on a thread. Huffman admitted to making changes to comments after members from the Donald Trump-supporting "subreddit" community repeatedly fired verbal abuse in his direction.
