SYDNEY — A 68-year-old Australian victim of a home invasion could be the one facing charges after he allegedly fired an arrow into the butt of a thief.
After stealing some cash and other items from a Sydney home on Sunday, the thief tried to jack the homeowner’s car as well. That’s when the victim revealed just how badass he was, and confronted the burglar with his weapon, startling the criminal and causing him to crash.
According to Australian broadcaster ABC, the thief allegedly exited the car and made a run for it while the old man took aim and let fly.
The arrow reportedly struck the burglar in his buttock, causing what was most likely, a major pain in the ass. However, the thief still managed to flee, and now Sydney cops say the victim might be charged for the attack.
Meanwhile, police have asked medical staff in the area to look out for unusual injuries, reported ABC.
