When Stan needs help with a computer problem, Steve goes to work with him in order to fix it. When they arrive at the CIA, they find that the National Security Agency has built a new location nearby. Steve soon finds himself shunned by Stan, and is recruited by the NSA to steal secrets from Stan's computer. As he confesses what he has done, Steve and Stan team up to retrieve the secrets. Meanwhile, Hayley accidentally eats meat, much to her dismay. Hayley is soon convinced by Roger to eat meat for an entire day, which leads her to wanting to eat a sign-language speaking gorilla.
