no... hes suspended due to the welness policy violation which was on Monday or Sunday and his house burned dow on Friday.. hes just having a bad week

I don't know - Maybe the suspension is actually to give him time to get over what happened to his home? So he can be with beth all the time in order to sort everything out? I mean, a house burning down takes a while to sort out.
