Police describe the letter as being ‘emotional’ and say it touched upon the issues he’d been having with his wife in recent times, notes Time.
According to the officers, Megan had called for help last month regarding his abusive husband, but didn’t follow up by filing an order of protection.
However, she had made arrangements to move out of the home on the day she was killed, reports The Morning Call.
