Refugee crisis takes centrestage at Edinburgh Festival

A major theme at this year’s Edinburgh Festival is migration and the refugee crisis. But while refugee stories are being told on stage, in comedy and in books, the refugees themselves are missing from the festival. Al Jazeera’s Jonah Hull reports
