All Twitter users will soon be able to create moments

Twitter on Tuesday announced it is expanding its Moments feature to a larger group of partners, brands, and "influencers," "and in the coming months, everyone.”
Twitter said Moments are essentially collections of tweets that tell a story.
Until now, only Twitter's curation team and a small group of publishing partners have been able to create Moments.
