Krypton Factor 1990 US Premiere

This is the premiere episode of the one year old revival of the American version of The Krypton Factor. Unlike the 1981 version with Dick Clark, and sometimes like in England, the mothership of the show, the contenders are all children. But the competition is still the same. Also the set resembles more of the UK version, except the "buzzing in with your armrest chair" thing was used in two rounds but in not the final General Knowledge round; for they've got podiums for that. And finally, we got new host Willie Aames who was about to wrap up his acting duties for Charles in Charge. They'll be other noticeable changes as you watch.
IMHO, America may not have perfected our own version of the show, but it did provide with entertainment, knowledge and edge-of-your-seat competition.
