Emirates jet crash lands in Dubai, passengers safely evacuated

An Emirates airline flight coming from India crash-landed at Dubai International Airport.

Emirates says 275 passengers and crew were on board.
An Emirates flight performed an emergency landing earlier today (August 3) at Dubai Airport.

The Dubai government’s media office says “all passengers have been evacuated safely and no injuries have been reported so far.”

Aviation expert Anthony Davis tweeted the flight had “main landing gear failure on landing causing fire and total hull loss.”
