Gold Coast Pub Shares Footage of 'Idiot' Thief Trying to Break In

The owner of Howl At The Moon pub on Queensland’s glitter strip on the Gold Coast saw the funny side after a bumbling thief attempted to break into his establishment on July 28.
Mario Zulli shared CCTV footage of a man throwing an empty beer keg into a glass door, before smashing through.
The man is seen to poke his head and body through the broken glass, while holding a lit cigarette in his mouth and reaching for a door handle.He then falls to the ground.
“We were broken into at 3.30am this morning, if that’s what you would call it,” Zulli wrote.
