ARIZONA — A Florida woman fell off a Grand Canyon ledge 400 feet to her death in an accident on Friday.

WESH reports that 35-year-old Yelp executive Colleen Burns had been hiking with two other friends along the South Kaibab Trail. The group was at Ooh Aah Point to watch the sunrise and had just taken a photo on the ledge when the incident occurred. Burns was stepping out of the way to make room for a man when she tripped and fell backwards.

Park rangers later recovered her body, 400 feet below.

Grand Canyon National Park officials say the park clocks about a dozen fatalities each year, according to the Arizona Republic. The deaths are due to natural causes, suicides, and accidents.
