Blake Lively's Fitness & Diet Routine

In her new movie ‘The Shallows’ Blake Lively performed her own stunts and she had to see an expert personal trainer to be able to do so. Her trainers name is Don Saladino and he owns a gym call ‘Drive Clubs’ in New York City. When asked how she was able to achieve her current physique, he stated, “I don’t think putting someone into a caloric deficit, meaning restricting their calories, is the right thing to do… [she eat] organic proteins, vegetables” and “fruits… [she] pays really good attention to the things [she] puts into her body.”
