This isn't normal power for this line. This train is going onto the siding for the NS Franklin District, which goes to Lawrenceville, Virginia. The Franklin District only gets four trains daily, two locals V31/V32 and two rock trains V13/V14. This line is famous (or infamous) for mostly getting second-generation EMD power on its trains, although some GE standard cabs have traversed the line. Also, in case you were wondering, this area is no longer a quiet zone, so trains can blare their horns. Yes!!!

Nice!! I miss them when they had Intermodals, but now the NS in Charlotte is now invaded by Catfish, and Foreign Power.
