Portugal's Brits make hay while the sun shines before referendum

For the 24,000 Brits living in Portugal's Algarve, a Brexit from the EU could have an impact on their little slice of home under the Portuguese sun. But because Britons who have lived abroad for more than 15 years cannot vote on June 23, many of these expats are left to simply wait and see what the outcome will be.
