This is a review of the Cobra hostile environment (or hazardous materials) trooper, the Toxo-Vipers. These soldiers don't just operate in chemically fouled fields of combat, they create them! Otherwise known as the "Leaky Suit Brigade" due to the cheap protective gear and equipment - nobody wants to become a Toxo-Viper, its a form punishment for really messing up a Cobra mission.
