Elephants appear to attend 'funeral' for one of their own kind

Footage has emerged from South Africa of what appears to be elephants attending a 'funeral' for one of their kind.
The video, filmed at Kruger National Park, shows the elephants gathering around the carcass of a dead adult elephant and appearing to mourn its passing.
Although the video was filmed several years ago it has only recently emerged online.
The filmer later wrote: "This was hard to take in but was so interesting all those years ago when I filmed it.
"Nature is so complex and interesting - I still cannot believe what I have seen over the years."
