千葉・船橋市で去年、隣人の家族に引っ越すように仕向ける嫌がらせをしたとして、県迷惑防止条例違反の罪に問われた主婦・市川晴江被告（６４）に対し、千葉地裁は３０日、懲役１０か月、執行猶予３年の有罪判決を言い渡した。
