Ingredients
For Kadhi
- Oil/ Ghee
- 1tsp jeera
- hing / asafoetida
- fenugreek
- red chillies
- 4-5 cloves
- 2 green chillies
- chopped ginger
- chopped garlic

- curd
- 3 tbsp besan
- water

- 1tsp salt
- turmeric
- 11/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- coriader
- garam masala

For Pakora
- 3- 4 onions
- 1 tsp salt
- green chillies
- ginger
- coriander seeds
- ajwain
- turmeric
- red chilli powder
- corander
- curd
- besan


Method
- In a pan add some oil, hing, jeera, hing, fenugreek, red chillies,cloves, green chillies, chopped ginger and chopped garlic

- In a bowl add curd and besan and whisk it and add water and add the mixture to the tadka

- Mix it well add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and keep stirring. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes

- Add salt to chopped onions and keep aside for 15 minutes add green chillies, ginger, coriander seeds, ajwain, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander, curd & besan and mix it well

- Fry the pakoras in an pan

- Add more water to the curry and let it cook for some more time

- In a pan add chopped onions and fry them

- Add garam masala, corander to the kadhi then add the pakoras and fried onion and red chilli powder and coriander leaves.
