Stephan, that was a good debate. And by the way, I have a son serving in Iraq. He's not there for the money, he's there just cause it's the right thing to do. I know the right thing can sometimes be the hardest thing to do, but take comfort in the fact that he reports that the people there are so grateful to have a taste of freedom for the first time. Freedom from religion and tyranny. I'll never understand why the media seems to go out of it's way to show only the tough road. But, like I said the right thing isn't always the easiest. Great gains require great sacrifice, and no one knows it more than our soldiers and the people of Iraq. All we can do is plant the seed of freedom, and hope their religion doesn't kill it. We knew confronting this evil was going to be a long and brutal fight, but stay strong Stephan, don't just jump for the comfort road. And remember, great econimic prosperity is no fair trade for our security:) I hope most of us have learned that lesson.

If anyone distracted slick willy, it was hilliary throwing stuff at his head, how pleasant. No one, including a pro terrorists(democrat)congress, seems to be able to distract Bush. Yeah, a budget surplus that was taken from the military(billions). Then clinton 1 didn't go after the terrorists the first several times they attacked us. I guess he was to distracted by cigars and fat interns. So, now when the terrorists attack the world trade center, for the second time, we barely have enough military to fight the savages with. I guess you have to go with the military you have and not the one you wish the first clinton hadn't dissmantled. But hey, who cares if it costs ten times more when you have to fix it on the fly, that's what more taxes are for. Thanks for that logic, Dems(dimwits).
And, thank you clintons, you really screwed us! But, at least we're smart enough to not let that happen again. Nope, we're not going back on the path to 9/11.
