Google Fiber axing it’s free Internet in Kansas City

Kansas City was the first area Google launched the high-speed broadband service in 2011 However, as Google Fiber expands and demand remains high, this option has been removed Google Fiber is only available across a few US cities and offers speeds of up to 1,000 Mbps - far higher than traditional broadband Kansas City users now must pay a minimum of $50 per month for up to 100Mbps and a waived installation fee in return for a one-year contract Google is also offering up to 1000Mbps and 1TB cloud storage for $70 per month
