Dog found limping down street muzzled with duct tape

DARLINGTON, SOUTH CAROLINA — Police in Darlington County, South Carolina are asking for the public's help to track down the abuser of a helpless little black dog earlier this week. The dog was found with its mouth and head wrapped in duct tape.
On April 4, the dog was seen limping down the road of a suburban neighbourhood, noticeably injured. An anonymous call was made to police, who were quickly able to locate the dog.
The cops were able to catch the dog, and carefully removed the duct tape on its face. The officers then brought the dog to a local animal shelter to recover from its injuries.
The Darlington County Sheriff's Office has since posted photos of the poor pooch to Facebook, in hopes that someone in the area may have information about who may be responsible for this disgusting act of cruelty.
