xceptionalguy68 is wrong....there has been plenty of evidence that global warming is real and that this could happen....And just so u know a volcano does not give off more polution then us. We are thickening the atmosphere with polution that is given off from fossil fuels.....There are more facts to prove global warming is real then there are to prove that it is false.
Well i believe in global warming because every year here in england there seems to be less and less snow we've only had about 3 cm of snow all winter so far very strange but global warming will never be this bad
Global warming huh... ok. A single volcano causes more Global warming than we could create in 1 million years. But Global warming certainly does raise a lot of money for organizations! It's a cash cow. No, sorry it not only won't happen in our time, but ever. There's no way for you or anyone to prove this since it hasn't happened yet.

Fix our ways huh... ok. Well firstly where would water come from to cover Manhattan Island 25 feet deep? I have a personal dislike to these type of filming and portraying it as "this could happen". Yeah it gets people's attention, but certainly in the wrong way. People already have enough to stress out over, especially people in Manhattan. Have you seen the cost of living there? There are so many movies that have been made and all of them lack in many areas of reality. But I can see your point.
xceptionalguy, isn't that what New Orleans was saying since they raised the levees? I don't think this video is neccessarily saying, "look! a floods coming! run for the hills!"...it's more of a "this could happen if we don't fix our ways" type of video...
No it isn't our future. This is called scare tactics in order to receive grant monies. Nothing more. Just as we aren't going to be invaded by aliens from other worlds or destroyed by meteor strikes. I cannot imagine people living their whole lives researching this and living in fear of something that will never happen. Imagine dedicating your entire career to the study of this and the fact that your whole life and education was wasted on something like this science fiction. The Tower of Babel was built because people feared a second flood. There will not be a flood like this ever.
