Huge rat climbs onto sleeping subway passenger in New York

NEW YORK — A man got into a horrific encounter with a rat after it crawled onto his
neck as he was sleeping inside a New York subway car.
The News York Daily News reports that 31-year-old Antony Lin was on a 7 train in Manhattan around 3 a.m. with a few other passengers on board. The train had just pulled out of the 34th Street-Hudson Yards station when they saw a huge rat crawling across the floor.
A couple spotted the rodent and quickly moved to another train car. Lin, however, stayed behind and readied his camera phone. He recorded the rat as it crawled up the leg of a sleeping man and onto his torso and neck. The subway rider woke up at that point and screamed in terror before running into the next car.
Lin later uploaded the short video to his Instagram account, where it's been viewed thousands of times.
