A rough cut of an old Lana Del Rey song appeared online yesterday July 23 and its not making Little Monsters very happy. The track called "So Legit" blatantly questions Gagas legitimacy as an artist, and was written sometime between 2008 and 2009 back when the two were budding artists in the New York music scene. The sultry song is stripped down with Lanas soothing voice and just an acoustic guitar. The most disturbing lyrics include, "Youre looking like a man, youre talking like a baby/ How the f**k is your song in a Coke commercial, crazy?" Saying she looks like a man is pretty mean. But it gets worse, a couple lines later, "You called me the queen of the downtown scene, babe/ How the f**k would you go switch it up and then replace me?" Woah, bitter much? And theres more where that came from, "Stefani, you suck/ I know youre selling twenty million/ Wish they could have seen you when we booed you off in Williamsburg." And one final lyric we will point out, "Have we all gone Gaga crazy?" So if you doubted that Lana was singing about Gaga, its pretty much now confirmed. Not only does she say "Gaga", but she says "Stefani, you suck" and we all know Gagas real name is Stefani Germanotta. However, were not sure about the Coke commercial, maybe one of your Little Monsters can help us out with that? Both Lana and Gaga are 27-years-old and clearly have had some issues in the past, and were not sure if those feelings even still exist. Gaga found success just a tad before Lana, with Gagas debut album "The Fame" dominating in 2008 and Lanas debut album "Born to Die" came out in 2012. Back in 2009 the two reportedly shared a manager, Bob Leone and both played gigs around New York and Brooklyn. Not shockingly Little Monster fans have given Lana some backlash over the harsh lyrics, but do you think Lana was just jealous? This doesnt mean the two still have beef if the song was in fact recorded 4 years ago. No comment from either gals as of yet and something tells us they are going to stay that way.
