FlyDubai plane crash- Chilling 3D video reconstructs seconds before disaster that killed all on board passenger jet

A chilling 3D video has reconstructed the moments before the ill-fated FlyDubai plane crashed at Rostov-na-Donu airport.

It coincides with the unofficial release of the names of all the 55 passengers who died, revealing that at least three families lost three members each and ten were couples.

Four were children though their names are not specified.

Seven crew members also died.

The video, released by Life News, and victims' list were published this afternoon and shows the Boeing 737-800 flying over the airport and approaching the runway, with the wind buffeting it from side to side.

It is not clear where the mock-up has come from but another video has also been posted on YouTube which shows an aircraft crashing in virtually the same pattern as the 3D version.

Life News says the reconstruction shows FlyDubai flight FZ981 attempting to make the landing at the second attempt after the first one was aborted because of the weather conditions.

There are reports that it circled for more than two hours because of high ground-level winds and poor visibility.

The latest statement released this afternoon by FlyDubai's CEO Ghaith Al Ghaith says: "In the immediate aftermath of the accident we have been focusing on two key priorities; care for all those who have been affected by the accident and support for the investigating authorities as they work to identify the cause."

"To begin with, we are working to establish how we can most effectively provide care and support to the families of the 55 passengers and 7 crew members who lost their lives.
