Currently believed to be somewhere on the surface of comet 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko, the lander last contacted mothership Rosetta on July 9th, 2015.
And, while an international team of researchers has been attempting to find out where exactly the lander is, so far all efforts have come up short.
