Fox Searchlight Pictures has debuted the first trailer for Trance, director Danny Boyle's thriller that takes us inside the art world. James McAvoy stars as Simon, an art auctioneer who double-crosses a team of thieves during a heist. After being knocked unconscious by the crime boss Frank (Vincent Cassel), Simon swears he does not know where he stashed the painting. Frank employs a hypnotherapist (Rosario Dawson) to try and recover the location of the missing piece of artwork. A domestic release date has not been announced yet.
