Dota Gameplay - Pugna, Oblivion [Godlike]

Pugna is a ranged intelligence hero whose spells give him powerful nuking and pushing capability. Nether Blast is a delayed low-cooldown area nuke which also deals damage to buildings, allowing Pugna to use it as a basic nuke as well as a pushing spell.
