Well we have been subjected to clashes and releases on the same day since so many years. But the recent clash of Bajirao Mastani and Dilwale was the most awaited and exciting for all the fans. The weekend saw a massive growth with the entire scenario getting a strong foothold at all the multiplexes. Friday saw a 12.80 crore collection while Saturday saw 15.52 crores with the total coming to 28.32 crores.
Dilwale was coming down in ratings and with the biz remaining the same through the weekend. It takes a staunch Kajol and Shahrukh fan to go watch the film however Bajirao is a crowd puller. The collection on Friday was 21 crores and on Saturday it was 20.09 crores with the total going to 41.09 crores.
