Mexico: Ayotzinapa Families Meet With Interior Minister

Family members of the 43 missing Ayotzinapa students met yesterday with Mexico's Interior Minister Miguel Angel Osorio Chong. Osorio reported on progress in the investigation and said it would remain ongoing. The family members called on the government to indefinitely extend the mandate of the independent investigators from the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and allow them to directly interview military personnel. The government continues to refuse the latter request. Clayton Conn reports from Mexico City. teleSUR
