Idiot films toddler smoking joint and coaches him on how to properly inhale

CHICAGO — Chicago cops are looking into a video posted to Facebook showing a diaper-wearing toddler smoking what appears to be a marijuana joint, according to a report by The Smoking Gun.
Sadly, at this moment, authorities have little information to go by from the video, which they were tipped on to by a well-known local community activist.
The footage shows the unidentified baby holding and taking a hit from the joint while a man records him and tells him to "smoke bro."
At one point, the moron shooting the video even coaches the kid on proper inhalation techniques, telling him to "inhale it" and "do this," before taking a deep breath to show him how it's done.
It's not yet clear when or even where the footage was shot, but it made its way onto the Facebook page of a Chicago resident and detectives with the city's Special Victims Unit are on the case.
Hopefully they catch this idiot before he upgrades the kid to something more potent.
