A new report describes numerous security breaches allowed by the Secret Service in the past few years which were attributed, in part, to staffing cuts and poor management.
A new report has found the U.S. Secret Service to be an “agency in crisis.”
Among the security breaches mentioned is one where a person pretending to be a Congressman was able to approach President Obama and talk to him.
