Venezuela: Transparency Guaranteed in Sunday's Elections

Venezuela's National Electoral Council has been working for months to ensure transparency in Sunday's legislative elections. The system has multiple and foolproof safeguards build in, involving fingerprint identification, computerized voter screens together with a printed ballot, and indelible ink on the voter's finger that makes electoral fraud virtually impossible.
